Cons: Wish the pool staff were more relaxed and allowed toys in the pool for kids

Its Miami Vacation Rentals who made my stay perfect!

Pros: Excellent location, the staff took care of me as I had a small issue in the first appartment and a solution was found within 30 minutes (thanks to the lovely lady who is handling the key process), views are amazing, the place is spaciousa and convenient.

Cons: The vibe/ population in the building (very tacky) - however this not due to Miami Vacation Rentals. I will definitely use their service again!!

Very good, would recommend but would point out the leaving of suitcase issue first.

Pros: Great location, good size room. Great views. Checkout was at 11am but as we had an evening flight, the company extended this to noon.

Cons: Nowhere to leave our suitcases once we had checked out, even though we had an evening flight. There was an option to pay to leave the cases in lockers within a dry cleaners further down the road but that facility closed at 4pm.

Exceptionnel séjour dans le plus bel appartement de Miami

Pros: Tout c'est le plus bel appartement que j'ai vu de ma vie. Merci pour la gentilesse des contacts. Tout était vraiment parfait, la vue exceptionnelle, l'appartement haut standing, la localisation, c'était incroyable. Accès à une piscine rooftop, à un spa raffiné, une salle de sport dernier cri bref tout était là pour passer un séjour mémorable. Je reviendrais à coup sûr.

La mejor estancia de Miami

Pros: El lugar esta excelente, tiene una ubicación de lo mejor ya que es de las mejores zonas, la alberca y la vista esta hermosa, el restaurante muy bien para desayunar, todo el personal muy amable, 10/10 muy recomendable.

Cons: Tuvimos un gran problema, ya que al llegar no tenian mi nombre en la reserva, incluso cuando en la App estaba confirmada, resulto que Booking no aviso y no paso el comprobante de reserva, se soluciono porque yo tenia todos los comprobantes y la Srita que nos atendio (muy hermosa por cierto) se porto de maravilla y le llamo al gerente del lugar y el nos soluciono al instante ellos se portaron de maravilla, y respecto a la app de booking le escribi una carta de reclamacion, la cual hasta el momento no me han respondido ¡OJO CON ESO!

Pros: La piscina è molto grande e bella. La vista dal nostro appartamento al 22esimo piano era molto bella. L'appartamento era spazioso e molto luminoso.

Cons: Non si possono lasciare i bagagli nella struttura dopo aver lasciato la stanza. Avevamo il volo nel tardi pomeriggio e abbiamo dovuto portare i bagagli in un posto di custodia bagagli.

Pros: L’emplacement en plein centre de brickell est exceptionnel. Nous avions un appartement situé au 43eme étage avec une vue exceptionnelle sur Miami beach, key Biscaye et sur Miami. L’appartement Avec 2 chambres présidentielles étaient superbement bien équipé et décoré avec goût. Il ne manquait rien pour passer un superbe séjour. La piscine est gigantesque près de 90 mètres et le spa est juste exceptionnel. Les équipes sont très réactive en cas de problème.
