The appartements are great, the place should be more careful with the service they provide and the hospitality.
Pros: The rooms are nicely decorated, new, the location is perfect
Cons: The staff is really bad, not nice, not pro actif, after 5 pm it’s impossible to reach anyone if you have a problem

Pros: The location is just great! Very close to the beach, close to Ritz Carlton where you can have breakfast . This part of the city is very calm’’ Our windows was to the road side but not loud ( so the quality of the windows is good)
Cons: That the cleaning is not included if you book through booking

Comfortable stay with helpful staff
Pros: The apartment was spacious, clean, well equipped (washing machine, dryer, smart TVs, etc.) and had a very good sound isolation. The king bed was super comfortable and there was plenty of space to put our stuff in the bedroom cabinets. The staff was also very helpful as they promptly assisted us with an administrative request. Also, it was awesome that they provided free towels and sunbeds on the beach.
Cons: Clear markings or signs should be added to assist guests in finding the property's section of the beach, as we had a bit of difficulty locating it. Also, a dishwasher would have been a great addition to our comfort. :)

Pros: Departamento amplio y moderno. Acceso a playa con disponibilidad de reposeras, sombrilla y toallas. Puedes recibir envios por correo.
Cons: Los detectores de humo son muy sensibles. Con solo usar la tostadora (sin quemarse la tostada) sonaba la alarma. Debiamos hacerlas bajo el spar. Resultaba muy poco practico y sin sentido.

We enjoyed our stay except for the poor TV access.
Pros: Excellent location. Room was spacious with enough room and bed was extremely comfortable. Kitchenette was convenient with dishes and utensils. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Cons: The TV provider is awful. There is no channel guide and it is difficult to find major networks. There is no access to business or sports networks and there is only 1 local news channel. The channels available were only for old shows or shows in Spanish. This was very disappointing. For a residence of this caliber, there is no reason why they can’t have a TV provider which provides access to news networks, sports, shows etc.

Pros: Es la 2da vez que me hospedo aquí. Es realmente un departamento hermoso, moderno, amplio, cómodo, limpio, muy cuidado. Excelente cocina, completa, con todos los utensilios necesarios (no tiene lavavajillas, al menos el depto que renté). Cama y almohadas cómodas. Baño amplio. Excelente ubicación.
Cons: Me gustó todo. Único detalle que objeto: el costo del parking ->160 dolares por 5 días, es excesivo. Podría estar incluido o tener menor costo x día.
