Very enjoyable stay, I would go back in a heartbeat with the couple of maintenance issues fixed.

Pros: Nice location, great pool area and a good size for 4 adults. It was clean and stocked etc , this was very comfortable accommodation.

Cons: A bit more maintenance would heighten the experience - one shower system was leaking quite badly. Also description said a sofa bed in living area but just a normal sofa was found. No safe in use in the room.

Pros: Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, sauber, 4 separate Betten, 2 Badezimmer, sehr professionelle Betreuung des Aufenthalts durch einen Immobilienmanager, für Miami und Umgebung relativ ruhige Lage, schöner Pool, Balkon

Cons: Appartment ist im obersten Stock - normalerweise ein Vorteil, aber direkt über dem Appartment sind offensichtlich auf dem Dach Klimaanlagen montiert, die nachts einiges an Lärm verursachen. Das Appartment liegt in einer sehr guten /teuren Gegend, wir hatten aber die Fahrtzeit nach Miami downtown / Miami Beach etc. unterschätzt - nur ca. 20 km, dauert aber durch den stets extrem dichten Verkehr ca. eine Stunde.

Excelente ubicación a buen precio..

Pros: La ubicación. Muy limpio. Tiene todo lo necesario para estancias largas.

Cons: Los closets de las habitaciones están repletos de cosas (sábanas, toallas, almohadas, cosas de mantenimiento, hasta unas muletas había guardadas y dejan poco espacio para guardar tus cosas. Una de las habitaciones tenía muchos focos fundidos.
