Absolutely fabulous. Exceeded expectation. Super clean and comfortable .10/10

Pros: Perfect location - right in the heart of Hollywood beach area but in a quiet street. . Apartment was spotlessly clean with all the amenities that you could require. Will was an excellent host who contacted us about check in - which was smooth and easy.

Cons: Nothing.

We would definitely come back & stay again.

Pros: Location , location, location. We were able to walk to the boardwalk, beach & waterway.

Cons: The AC was not very powerful.

Pros: The location was excellent! Room was good, good value for the price. Very good communication regarding check in, room entry, parking (if needed), amenities and check out. Would stay there again.

Bon emplacement

Pros: Endroit propre mais petit pour 2 personnes (arrivé le 11 janvier 2026 et départ le 23 janvier 2026). L'emplacement était parfait et près de la plage (quelques pas). Place de stationnement disponible pour la voiture. Bon service de l'hôte.

Cons: Il aurais besoin d'avoir une nouvelle base de lit. Les coussins les chaises extérieurs étaient un peu désuet. Nous n'avons pas apprécié nous faire réveillé par la femme de chambre à 9h le matin pour faire le ménage.

Fantastic location

Pros: It was easy to find. It had parking (additional $20/day). Great location.

Cons: Our room had no heat, and we arrived during a record cold spell. They eventually moved us to another room but were slow to communicate that, and we had to move after we'd unpacked (they originally said they'd provide a space heater). Then we had to move again a few days later because the second room was booked. We requested a late checkout to make up for having to move twice. The manager said he'd get back to us but didn't -- we found out that we had to leave when someone who didn't speak English walked into our room. Better communication would have helped.
