Oceanfront Luxury Condo - Private Beach Access

Pros: You have everything you need, even stuff for the beach!

Cons: A bit noisy from the street.

Pros: Excellent apartments. There is everything you need for a good holiday. The view from the window is incredible. Lorena is always in touch and is happy to help with any questions. We will definitely come back again.

Pros: Lovely area, convenient in terms of location to shopping and dining options. I would consider staying here again now that I have had the experience. My host was definitely accessible and easy to communicate with and we were met with a lovely welcome gift when we arrived. The unit was well-equipped and had all the appliances and utensils we could possibly need during our stay - except for a stand alone kettle. Beach towels, beach chairs and toys for the kids were also a lovely surprise to encounter.

Cons: There was a charge of $30 for a key fob that was payable at the time of check in that was not indicated on the listing. It is non-refundable at the end of the stay which I thought it should be. The fob is to access the beach/pool (which I never used) and to gain entry if the doors are locked after hours. It should at least be noted on the listing so that guests are not surprised by this charge. It should also be noted that 1 fob only allows 3 guests to use it, so the bigger your party, the more fobs you will have to purchase. Also, the property needs to be more differently-abled compliant. There were no handrails in the shower stall or bathroom. The host did offer to purchase a shower chair and was going to charge me for it but what would I do with it upon my departure? In future it may be an asset to the rental of this apartment if these features were offered.

Pros: The condo was clean, the beds were super comfortable! It was so close to the beach and all the shops. Walking distance to almost everything!! The host had everything for the beach and pool in the home. Lorraine was very kind and helpful.

Vacaciones

Pros: Departamento bonito, cómodo, bonita vista desde el balcón, muy bien equipado y con excelente ubicación. Acceso directo a la playa, equipado con sillas y artículos de playa. Muy atento el trato de Lorena.

Cons: Se podría agregar un pequeño cooler/bolso térmico en los artículos de playa, de resto todo muy bien

Una estadía cómoda, agradable.

Pros: El departamento era muy cómodo y estaba bien equipado

Cons: No tenían café, para la máquina y quizás una alcuza con sal y aceite

Estadía en Miami de Lujo y Súper Cómoda

Pros: Al ingresar nos sorprendió gratamente el ambiente creado tan agradable que nos prepararon: la mesa puesta, un paquete de dulces con mi nombre y familia, la imagen en la tele de un escenario navideño, escencia perfumado en el ambiente…incluso más al llegar el 31 dic a festejar noche vieja. El apartamento está muy bien decorado, es amplio y cómodo para la familia de 5 que somos. Cocina equipada muy completa. Los colchones cómodisimos y la ropa de cama también. Tener un baño completo y otro toilet es muy cómodo. Hay sillas para la playa y juegos para niños. La anfitriona muy atenta en todo momento!! La ubicación es súper! con las vistas desde el balcón a la playa y la bahía: las mejores!! vimos los fuegos artificiales de fin de año en primera fila! Al bajar y tener la playa al pie del edificio es súper cómodo! Parking en el edificio con valet otra comodidad importante!

Cons: Sólo que el edificio es muy grande y tiene sólo dos ascensores que hacen difícil el subir y bajar por horarios.

Departamento Amplio , comodo, Muy bien ubicado. Anfitriona de lujo

Pros: Departamento muy bien ubicado, cerca de Wallmart, cerca de Aventura, salida a la playa. Departamento grande, comodo. La anfitriona excelente, muy atenta a cualquier necesidad. Tiene todo lo necesario para pasarla muy bien. El loundry esta justo frente al departamento. Lo recomiendo. No es barato, pero esta muy bien

Cons: Todo muy lindo, quizas si tengo que decir algo, el trato de la gente de recepcion no son muy simpaticos. Si lo son los del Valet Parking, ellos son muy amables. Tener en cuenta el pago de las llaves electronicas. No me dieron una segunda llave porque mi sobrina tiene 16 años. El edificio no tiene servicio de playa como los edificios de alrededor. El servicio de limpieza es muy caro, para ser que se limpia cuando uno se retira recien.

Excelente

Pros: La ubicación es excelente, a pocos metros de la playa. El departamento está re equipado, con mucha vajilla, toallas, articulos de limpieza, de baño y todo de playa. El anfitrion excelente, te reciben con hermosos detalles. Sin dudas repetiria la experiencia en el mismo lugar aunque es tan bueno que imagino que es dificil encontrarlo disponible.

Perfect for a beach vacation, plus a great coffe shop across the street.

Pros: It had everything, you can walk out onto the beach with everything you need to enjoy the day.

Cons: The FOB, $30 non refundable and ours did not work for 2days. (To small)
