Overall, still a great stay, and we’d recommend it!

Pros: We had a great 3-day stay at the apartment! The host was super nice and even arranged an early check-in, which we were really grateful for. The apartment was very cozy, with a beautiful view from the bedroom. Plus, having a free parking spot within the residential building was a big convenience.

Cons: Just a heads-up—there’s an additional $15 per person residential property fee, and you’ll need to complete a registration process in the lobby. Also, if I’m not mistaken, the electric stove didn’t work properly, and we struggled to turn it off. Additionally, the building is located near road bridges, so it can be a bit noisy with the windows open.

Pros: Apartamento aconchegante e funcional. Boa localização e muito seguro.

Cons: Apesar do apto ter vista para o mar, não pude desfrutar da vista já que o prédio estava em obras. Só fui avisado da obra no dia anterior do chekin.

I’d still stay here again but I’d wish 416 would put a TV in the living room like 1008

Pros: The view in room 1008 was breathtaking lots of room and TV in the living room …. I was also in room 416 and There wasn’t any TV in the living room like the brochure said there wasn’t any simple like the brochure said

This is the best value for such a great location.

Pros: Super location. The apartment has everything you can think of ! One of the cleanest and most comfortable places we’ve ever stayed at. THE OCEANVIEW SUNSETS on the balcony were amazing. Veronica & Diego were very attentive.

Cons: Wish we could have stayed longer!
