Location! Good for the value.

Pros: Location! Literally a 30 second walk to the beach. Right on Broadwalk with a lot of restaurants and shops. Still quiet in the room. Full size fridge, great for leftovers and a bag of ice. Beach towels provided.

Cons: Pillows were VERY flat. Only overhead light in bedroom area, a lamp is needed for sure. No vent/fan in bathroom, does have a window that opens for vents, but there's no screen.

They say the key location, location, location! The price was great

Pros: The room was very nicely, laid out very spacious and comfortable. The walk to the beach was very short and it was an extremely convenient location to everything on Hollywood Beach Boardwalk!

Cons: You can tell they spent time redoing the rooms and overall are very nice. Some of the furniture that came from IKEA or Amazon is showing wearing tear unfortunately that’s what you get with IKEA. But it was an absolutely great room overall and a real bargain for the price.

Great location and clean!

Pros: Loved the location to be able to just walk over to the beach. Room was spacious and very clean. It was contactless check in. I did not use pool but that looked well maintained.

Pros: This is my second stay here in a few months. The location is fabulous.Close to Margaritaville and lots of other great places. We had a small kitchen 2 double beds and were very comfortable with 2 adults and 2 small kids. The pool is small but never crowded. Most the time we were the only ones in it. Very quiet and safe!
