Picturesque Beachfront Condo - LOVELY 2BD and 2BA APT WITH DIRECT OCEAN VIEW

Pros: Unit 2903. Clean and Tidy. Lovely views of the beach and city. As a UK visitor and not being used to valet parking, this was an unnecessary faff. Surely just allocate a space for each unit rather than this extra unwanted expense. Anyway I knew about it before I booked so can't complain and I am sure US customers won't even think twice about it. The pool area was very nice and plenty of shade for a sun dodger like me. The beach was a bit of a faff too. Bit crowded for my liking but that's probably because I am spoilt with beaches on the space coast. Certainly didn't spoil the stay for me but just be aware of the two chairs only arrangements. You can bring your own chair and brolly if required. Overall it was a great experience for my family.

Cons: Could do with some mugs for us UK tea drinkers.

Pros: Amazing view, fantastic building, washing and drying machine, beach, sunshine, Miami!

Pros: Excelente Ubicación, el departamento es moderno y cómodo. Teien una linda vista al mar.

Cons: No pudimos hacer late check out a pesar de existir disponibilidad. La única forma de pagar el extra por late check out es a a través de la aplicación Zell que solo utiliza Cuentas bancarias de USA. Debería poder pagarse con tarjeta de crédito u otro método para los extranjeros.

We foresee ourselves coming back to this location again!

Pros: The condo was spectacular! Everything was very clean (which is extremely important to me). It had just about everything you needed in the kitchen, things for the beach, throw blankets, etc. A perfect amount of space for my family and I (4 people). The VIEW was gorgeous!! We sat on the balcony a ton just watching and listening to the waves!! The beach chairs and umbrellas at the beach were great! We didn’t spend much time at the pool but it was very nice too.

Cons: There seemed to be major lack of communication between staff members. It felt very chaotic and unorganized trying to setup our car with the valet, trying to see if someone would help us with our luggage. We would ask someone and they would somewhat point us a direction but their English was very poor and made things very challenging to communicate with. Check in was a tad lengthy although I know that happens at times, but the woman helping us was so brief, we weren’t 100% sure where anything was. We were exhausted from traveling and then trying to figure out where things were located was stressful. The beach area for this location was a tad further than expected. The beach itself was nice and close, but you had to walk a tad to where the chairs and umbrellas were. Then at that time they only had 1 out of 4 elevators working. Thankfully that got resolved in a day or 2 but that a lot, and had to take the stairs several times due to 20-40 min wait on the elevator. And we were on the 29th floor, so needless to say to our leg muscles were throbbing for days after haha.

Pros: La atención del propietario fue muy buena. Pedimos una cuna para nuestro bebé y la consiguió en menos de 24h. Muy amable y atento.

Overall we had a wonderful stay!

Pros: Fabulous location! Great views from the balcony. Food at the poolside restaurant was wonderful. The room had everything we needed, the facilities were very clean, and staff were friendly.

Cons: Our group of 4 was visiting relatives who live in the area. We were very disappointed to find out we could only have 2 guests join us in our room for a visit.

Wow! What a view 😍

Pros: View was amazing!!! Lots of time spent drinking wine on balcony! Fabulous location!

Cons: Outdoor furniture needs to be upgraded
