Very nice condo

Pros: We had a very pleasant stay in this condo. The check-in process was very smooth. The location was very good and safe,, there was a 7/11 and a CVS store around the corner that are open 24 hours. The condo is big and very clean. The kitchen was fully equipped. We enjoyed the beautiful view from our balcony as we stayed on the 36th floor. The team of Zen Vacation Rentals is very kind and always supportive.. All the photos we saw met our expectations. We highly recommend others to book this condo.

A Truly Spectacular Apartment

Pros: The apartment is beautiful—huge, comfortable, modern, and spotless. However, the check-in process was far from ideal. The front desk staff was quite rude, shouting among themselves and offering little to no assistance. I arrived a couple of hours earlier than the official check-in time, so the apartment wasn’t ready yet, which is understandable. However, they charged me just to store my luggage for a short time until it was. Additionally, they didn’t allow me to leave my car on-site, so I had to pay for three hours of parking elsewhere. That said, the host was always responsive and courteous, which I truly appreciated. The apartment itself is very well-equipped, and everything works perfectly.

Pros: Location of this property was great as it is situated right in the bustling heart of Miami. The kitchen with full set of cooking equipment was very handy, as well as facilities to wash clothes. The host was fast to respond to any messages. The rooftop pool and gym were fantastic and can be used and no extra charge.

Super séjour à Brickell

Pros: L'appartement est beau, propre, spacieux, il sentait super bon à notre arrivée. Les piscines et le jacuzzi sont tops. L'immeuble est bien placé et il y a une zone de restau a moins de 10 min a pied. L'hôte a été très réactif et aux petits soins pour nous !

Cons: Il manque quelques ustensiles de cuisine
