40th Floor Priceless Unit Central Location

Pros: First time in Miami. Location amazing, everything was there. Clean, big - exactly the experience we were looking for

This was a great week in Miami for us.

Pros: The ideal Brickell location and the view which is fantastic. The flat was also very quiet.

Cons: May be a bit more glasses, and a corkscrew ! Elevators were busy on checkout day.

Pros: The View from the balcony.. nicely done up interiors.

Cons: Sometimes the lift key doesn't works.

Pros: Perfect location - everything is in the near. Exceptional view. Great, comfortable rooms.

Cons: Communication of the host needs to be improved. Unanswered questions and delayed answers.

Convenient, luxurious and enjoyable. The most beautiful wake-up location.

Pros: The location was perfect. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. We found gaining entry simply and without fuss. Access to the apartment was as described. The actual apartment was as listed, spacious, clean, suitable for 4 people (we only had 2 people). Clean towels and bedding and washing facilities. Appliances were in good working order and wifi was a huge bonus for us to remain connected to our London office.

Cons: not a didn't like, but two fobs would have been preferred as we had separate meetings so needed to constantly arrange meeting spots. We didn't have the full address of the apartment, we have the post code and floor, but not the building names so our initial taxi struggled to find the location.

Pros: El apartamento lindo, cómodo, igual a las fotos, esquinero con un balcón que rodea todo el apto y la vista inigualable...

Cons: No tener 2 llaves

Pros: Frekventált helyen van, pazar kilátás, de a klímák miatt nagyon hangos.

Cons: A nappaliban mindkét kanapé le volt szakadva, a fejtámla el volt törve. Az egyik hálóban a matractartó lécek hiányoztak, így ha leültél az ágyra lehuppantál a földre. A fürdők elhasználódtak, a kád lyukas, a falból a csaptelep lötyögött, a másik fürdőben a dugaljban nem volt áram. A mosdószekrény beszakadva. A bejárati ajtó zárja is a végét járja... És miután elhagytuk a szállást, kaptuk az üzenetet, hogy a (nem általunk) megrongált kanapéért fizessünk 249 $-t.

Pros: Espacioso, mucha luz, buena vista, excelente ubicación

Pros: Skøn beliggenhed tæt på det hele i Brickell. Stor og rummelig med mange faciliteter. Dejligt med egen køkken, vaskemaskine og tørretumbler. Perfekt til en ferie i Miami Helt fantastisk udsigt.

Cons: Værten kræver pludselig 52$ ekstra dollars for at få adressen! Det selvom det ikke er nævnt i annoncen. Han svarer langsomt og forstår ikke man ikke kan sende billeder i bookings app. Lejligheden er meget beskidt på døre, karme, emhætte mm. Altanen er revnet i fundamentet. Da vi ankom var vi ikke registreret. Talte med andre, der havde oplevet det samme med samme udlejer.
