Apartmen is great. Communication really bad.

Pros: The apartment was very nice and clean. There’s probably nothing I would point out. The view from the 39th floor is amazing. From the room, you can see the water and even the port where cruise ships depart. Parking is ok. You can have problem with big cars turning in corners but with normal size car it’s alright.

Cons: Like others said. Communication. It was really problematic to get in touch with them through the Booking chat. They didn’t tell us that they hadn’t received our documents, even though I had asked them one week prior to our arrival if they had received them. Then, when we were supposed to check in, they still hadn’t sent us the check-in information and just told us they hadn’t received anything. And of course the number on booking page is not working.
