Margarita was great and made the process very easy and was very good at communicating.

Pros: As pictured - great location and everything you need from washing machine / dryer / coffee in the apartment.

Very clean and centrally located.

Pros: Nothing in particular. It was a place to stay while we waited for our cruise the next day.

Cons: The complete & utter chaos involved in 'it's a hotel but not really'. We had to pay someone to hold our luggage while out in Miami when we were told it was complimentary. It wasn't.

Pros: Os anfitriões foram extremamente prestativos e solícitos durante toda a estadia. Mantiveram contato constante e responderam com muita rapidez sempre que precisei. Isso fez toda a diferença na experiência.

Cons: A academia é bastante completa, porém percebi que alguns equipamentos poderiam ser atualizados para melhorar a experiência.
