Cons: Cuscino scomodo troppo spesso e lavori nel building di fronte che ci hanno svegliato all alba ma questo non dipende dall host ovviamente

Beautiful view, clean and lovely unit.
Pros: The view is beautiful and is the highlight of the unit. It was clean and supplied with everything you need including laundry and dishwasher soap, extra sheets and pillow, and soap… most things you would need but don’t necessarily think about. I never knew the host’s name so did not feel like it was a particularly warm interaction but they were open to allowing my colleagues to stay with me when our travel plans changed last minute. I really appreciated this. The shower was also amazing. Overall, a great experience and a beautiful bachelor space.
Cons: I was visiting for work so would have loved to have a table and chair with a back. There was a high table and stools but it was not very comfortable for working on my computer. Also, when I first arrived, I had to wait for someone to open the main door of the building because I did not have the fob needed to enter but that was resolved after I got the key/fob. I also didn’t have to wait very long.

Pros: I stayed here for a week and absolutely enjoyed my time. The apartment offers a stunning panoramic view of the Bay, with boats gently passing by, a perfect backdrop for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The location is excellent! Self check-in was smooth and hassle-free, thanks to the clear and detailed instructions for getting the keys. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Miami, highly recommended.
Cons: Slightly dirty balcony floor.

My stay was peaceful, comfortable, and exactly what I needed both my daughter and I truly enjoyed it
Pros: The space was exactly as described—clean, cosy, and well-located with a beautiful view. Communication with the host was responsive and professional throughout the stay. My young daughter and I felt safe, comfortable, and at home. She was very excited about it and wanted us to stay there forever. It was a much better option than staying in a hotel, especially given the flexibility and privacy. Would definitely book again!
Cons: Not being able to drop off luggage early made things a bit inconvenient after a long journey - especially since early check-in wasn’t available. Still, these were minor issues in an otherwise great stay. That said, it may be nice to offer a luggage storage option on-site, even for a nominal cost. But I was grateful that a storage option off site was suggested.
