Pros: Superb location, very clean room and awesome host .

Comfortable, good location and prompt response from the host

Pros: Beds were really comfortable including the sofa bed

Cons: Very poor entrance into the shower having to step over/round the toilet to get into it, especially hazardous coming out of the shower with wet feet and being in our late 70s

Pros: Wonderful! The place is clean and modern, comfortable and in great location. Parking on premises, good WiFi. Very safe. You can walk to Coconut Grove shops and restaurants in minutes. The property manager Andres was available at all times, and wonderful. We will come back for sure!

Wonderful place

Pros: I had a fantastic stay at Grove 06 House in Coconut Grove, Miami. The house was beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, offering easy access to local attractions and dining. The host was attentive and responsive, ensuring a smooth experience. I highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Miami.

Pros: El barrio, la tranquilidad y la posibilidad de caminar y usar transporte público a todos lados ....hemos alquilado auto pero funciona todo de maravilla para moverse por todos lados ...

Cons: Podría mejorar el wifi ....pero solo es una sugerencia, no una crítica ....

Cons: La conexión de wifi es bastante regular, si no estas en la sala no tienes wifi.

Great Stay at a Great Location!

Pros: It's in a great location, close to all the popular areas around Coconut Grove and Downtown Miami. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. There was private parking in a very quiet location right behind our apartment. I highly recommend this apartment for its amenities, cleanliness, location, and affordability.

Cons: The only two things that could be better were that there was only one sliding door in the shower, and at times, the water would leak onto the floor. The other thing I did notice was that some of the pillow cases do need to be changed more frequently because they smelled like sweat. Other than that, we had a great stay at this location.

Pros: Die Unterkunft liegt in einer perfekten Lage, und wir haben das Apartment wirklich geliebt – klein, aber fein, mit allem, was man braucht. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die sehr gute und effiziente Kommunikation des Personals, sowie die schnelle und unkomplizierte Lösung kleiner Anfangsherausforderungen. Alles wurde zu unserer Zufriedenheit geklärt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!
