Great location and value - had everything we needed for a short stay.

Pros: Door code sent to me so very easy to access property. Had everything we needed and the bed was comfy. Enjoyed the TV also, as we had some bad weather while visiting so watched some movies in bed! Shower was nice a spacious, no issues throughout stay. Hosts were responsive and there was a guide of the area which was helpful.

Cons: Nothing to not like, it was perfect for our stay, a nice location and had everything we needed. Didn't see host in person as they didn't need to handover keys, but they were good at messaging and answering questions.

Pros: The property was just as you see in the photos. It is lovely and clean. The shower is spacious with plenty of towels, shower and hair products available. Towels are lovely and soft and fluffy. Julie had very kindly left us bottles of water and some snacks which are always welcome. 😉. We had one issue with the tv and messaged the host who responded quickly. The problem was resolved 🤣. The television has a massive screen and great for watching in bed there are plenty of channels to choose from. The bed is a large double and the sheets and pillows have a very high thread count and of a superior quality giving you a good nights sleep. Divine. An excellent selection of crockery, cutlery, pots and pans with microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and induction hob. The public transport is about a 10 minute walk away where you have the Vizcaya train station, buses and free trolley bus. Thank you Julie and Jimmy for a lovely stay 10/10

Pros: Excelente localização. Bairro tranquilo e vizinhança calma. Possui vaga de estacionamento e um banheiro excepcional.

Cons: Não há muitos estabelecimentos comerciais próximos. É necessário o uso de transporte.

Pros: I like that everything was in order and being written on notes. You name a thing and it's there so everything was good.

Cons: The grass was all grown up outside which should've been cut and there were mosquitoes and insects

Pros: El sitio es igual a como se observa en las fotografías; el espacio y los servicios muy buenos (comodidad de la cama, sofa cama, cocina, comedor y baño) la decoración muy bonita con información detallada del uso de los amenities. Cómodo para las cuatro personas que nos alojamos; el parqueo esta en el mismo lugar y no tiene costo; ubicación muy buena para actividades cercanas en la zona (Vizcaya, Brickell, Playa).

Pros: Local tranquilo e com fácil acesso de carro aos principais pontos da cidade. O ambiente oferece um banho relaxante, cama confortável, cozinha totalmente equipada e uma TV com diversas opções de streaming.

Świetnie wyposażone mieszkanie w przyjemnej okolicy

Pros: Mieszkanie zgodne z opisem i bardzo dobrze wyposażone (łazienka i kuchnia). W cztery osoby jest nieco ciasno ale bardzo miło wspominam pobyt. Przyjemna spokojna okolica ale jednocześnie w odległości 20 minut spacerem od Little Havana. Bardzo miły gospodarz.

Cons: Jedyny minus to kiepska wentylacja łazienki

Diferenciais que melhoram a estadia.

Pros: A localização é ótima, roupa de cama e banheiro ótimos. Local igual as fotos do site. No local também é disponibilizado cadeira, cooler e toalhas para praia, achamos um diferencial legal.

Cons: A cozinha é bem pequena, mas nos viramos.

Pros: Propre et fonctionnel. Localisation calme et proche des transports si besoin.

Cons: Des couvertures supplémentaires pour les lits aurait été bien venues.
