Comfy & Updated Apartment centrally located minutes away from everything!

Lovely home

Pros: Comfortable bed, good views with large windows. Nice decoration and cozy. Good restaurants nearby within five minutes drive.

Cons: The coffee maker does not work. The laundry hour of 3 pm to 9 pm is too short. By the time we come back from dinner, there is not enough time to wash and dry clothes. It will help if can extend hour to 10 pm.

Pros: Nice apartment. Great location. Quiet. Clean. Great communication with the host * for me the double bed is small for two adults, but unfortunately it's a US standard, which I don't understand :). * in the bathroom try to drill more towel holders into the wall, maybe instead of the pictures, which are nice, but I'd rather hang 4 towels somewhere :) * I was missing a power source from the wall to charge my phone right next to the bed on both sides * but otherwise I RECOMMEND.

Pros: the apartment was perfect and well-equipped! 3 simple beds, one big double bed. Code to access the apartment. It has a good location and a parking. 15 minutes away from the centre by car

Bon emplacement et confortable

Pros: Notre hôte était très réactive et a sû gérer rapidement certaines situations délicates. L'appartement est agréable et bien décoré. Nous avions loué une voiture et avons pu nous déplacer très facilement dans les différents quartiers de Miami car le logement est bien situé.

Cons: Il y a des horaires pour l'utilisation du lave-linge.

This apartment offered a pleasant, quiet stay that we would happily repeat.

Pros: This apartment is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood, making it ideal for both sightseeing and shopping. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we had a pleasant stay overall.

Cons: While some of the furniture was a bit dated, it was still fully functional. We have no major complaints and would definitely stay here again.

Perfect stay for families in Miami central

Pros: Quiet neighbourhood, clean space, easy access, private courtyard, centrically located, good washing machine.

Pros: Schnelle Reaktion des Besitzers auf Defekte Waschmaschine. Würde direkt durch eine neue ersetzt

Cons: Klimaanlage etwas laut. Spülmaschine kippt beim kompletten öffnen.

Bastante cómoda, muy buena para un grupo de amigos.

Pros: La ubicación es muy tranquila, el vecindario es bastante bonito.

Cons: Está un poco lejos (solo un poco) de South Beach, en auto me tomaba 40 minutos ir hacia la zona de playa.

Pros: Quartier calme, proche de tout (en voiture), appartement fonctionnel avec tout le nécessaire. Séjour agréable dans l'ensemble

Cons: Pas assez de vaisselle, on entend le voisinage en dessous.

Excelente

Pros: Rua aprazivel, calma e local muito tranquilo. O apartamento é decorado com muito bom gosto. Parabenizo o cuidado da proprietária.

Cons: Cheguei à noite e o apartamento fica na parte superior de uma outra casa. Ressalto que é totalmente independente desta casa, mas o acesso é por uma escada. Alerta pois não é acessível para deficientes, mas não é o meu caso. O problema é que o numero deste apartamento está na parte superior e em local escuro. E para quem chega à noite simplesmente não enxerga o numero do local e fica um bom tempo procurando e até acha que está no endereço errado. Fácil de resolver, é só iluminar o número à noite. O Apto é excelente.
