Excellent location. Value for money. Comfortable apartment. Lacking in basic equipment.

Pros: The price was very good for the location. The location was excellent. Plenty of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance, as was publix. A very good selection of public transport within a few minutes walk. Free trolley buses, free metro mover and paid buses and metro rail. Easy access from the airport with no need for a car.

Cons: The kitchen and bathroom need remodeling. The luxury description is not correct. The photos in the listing are accurate but do not show the deficiencies. The kitchen did not have the necessary equipment to be able to use it properly. No scissors, no baking trays. Dishwashing liquid was provided but we couldn't use the sink as there was no plug. No safety cover for the waste disposal. There was no dustpan and brush to clear up, thankfully it wasn't needed. There was a lack of many other simple basic equipment in the kitchen.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay and the host was great!! I was able to reach out to the host without hassle and I absolutely

Pros: The property was clean, easy to access, friendly staff, quiet and the unit was spacious!! It also had up to date furniture and looked like the pictures.

Cons: I didn’t like the fact that I had to park far up in the parking garage, but it was free and I always knew I had a place to put my vehicle.
