Ideal accommodation for visitors to Miami.

Pros: The location is ideal - a short walk to cafes, restaurants and coffee shops, and waterfront parks. Coconut Grove is a very safe, clean, friendly neighbourhood. The accommodation is excellent, and a good pool and gym complement it. Free adjacent parking was a huge bonus.

Highly recommended people to stay here.

Stay was excellent in a lovely apartment perfectly situated in a wonderful area.

Pros: Location was excellent at the vibey Coconut Grove - one of the must visit areas of Miami. Hotel and apartment were exquisite and very nicely decorated, clean and well maintained. All facilities were provided. Hotel is well kept and parking was good. Pool, gym and other facilities were also great. Great views of the bay from the apartment. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons: Kitchen utensils were basic - suitable for basic meal heating and preparation. Kicthen was well equipped in terms of equipment but utensils were basi for more elaborate preparation of meals - no grater, bowls, colander etc. Response from host was delayed for 3 days for extra set of towels requested on both booking.com messaging and whatsapp. Check in was a little bumpy - was asked during booking to pay at checkin. When I arrived at the hotel, they would not provide keys until I paid. There was no facility to pay at the hotel. I had to call the host and they then sent me an online link to make payment at that time. Then I had to go back down to hotel reception to get the keys.

Pros: A spacious room with a beautiful view and a comfy bed, large bathroom, a free parking spot and friendly staff a few steps from restaurants and shopping in Coconut Grove. What else do you need?

Cons: The unit I got didn't have good sound proofing, while most of the time that wasn't a problem here and there the tenants in the next room could be heard talking.

Great location, amazing views of the marina!

Pros: Location is ideal, close to airport, sea port, Downtown Miami and South Beach, all within a 15-20 minute drive. Amenities close by, lots of restaurants and healthy eating options close by. The views of the marina are spectacular, watching the sunset was amazing.

Cons: We stayed in a room on the 19th floor with a balcony and sea view and the walls were paper thin. We could hear the conversation of the guests in the adjourning room which was extremely disruptive especially as we were trying to sleep.
