Perfect location with reasonable price.

Pros: The location is perfect, we accessed South Beach, Jungle Island and most Miami events from there. The streets were quiet during our stay.

Cons: I didn’t like the carpets in the room. Thats personal presence. The appartement was very clean.

Pros: La ubicación, el precio en relación al costo. El apartamento está súper bien dotado, tenía café, implementos de aseo y estaba súper limpio.

Cons: El sofacama tiene la espuma muy acabada y se sienten los soportes al sentarse o acostarse, pero es manejable

Pros: La ubicación es ideal para ir al estadio de los Marlins La cocina y la refrigeradora OK

Solid performance by 'Apartment in the Heart of Miami'

Pros: Location location location. Perfect for witnessing Ohtani's record -breaking 50-50 game which is why I rented within 5 minutes walk of the ball park. The apt was functionary, nothing especially remarkable about it but cleanliness, which is 90% of the deal when you don't need a chandelier, just for the lights to work. Overall, a nice, sweet little place, all I needed.

Cons: The table in the br was not immediately adjacent to the bed. That was the worst thing. I thought the security was a little much, with special secret codes to open both front door and apt door, tho they did provide assurance of safety. Really, if I hadn't been asked, I would complain about nothing. The proximity to the ballpark smacked of a million dollars.

Pros: Excelente ubicación del departamento en zona segura. Tenía estacionamiento para 4 o 5 carros y en caso de encontrarse lleno, los alrededores eran seguros para estacionarse. Muy cómodo el lugar, muy limpio y muy cómodo. La entrada es por clave, por lo que fue muy sencillo entrar y salir sin necesidad de llave.

Pros: La ubicación era perfecta para ir al estadio de los Marlins. Además estaba cerca de supermercados, vías principales, etcétera. El barrio además es muy seguro, bonito y limpio.

Cons: La habitación era poco ventilada.
