Well located and comfortable apartment in the heart of brickell

Pros: Great location, the beds are comfortable and the small kitchen is well equipped. The gym is very big and the building is well maintained. The host was vety nice and we could check in early.

Cons: The parking is on the 12th floor, a little bit tricky.. An extra chip key would help.

Pros: La posizione, la comunicazione a distanza col manager via messaggio che ha permesso di avere tutte le risposte in tempi brevi. Il check in a distanza molto efficiente

Cons: Il rumore nei corridoi e soprattutto del motore del condizionatore: va impostata una temperatura alta affinché non parta spesso il motore

Pros: Tive suporte para o atendimento, o prédio tem estrutura ótima, muito bem localizado! Piscina, academia? Quarto bom, banheiro bom! Amamos e voltaremos!

Cons: O estacionamento e o último da garagem, mas só de não ter que pagar, está ótimo.
