Fantastic find, great location very convenient for a stop over before a cruise

Pros: Location was great, lots going on around it. Facilities of the building excellent. We were only there for one night but it seemed very well stocked with utensils and the likes if you were staying longer and wanted to cook.

Cons: The check in and out can be a little complicated but it was all ok. Great communication from host

Excellent location and value for money

Pros: Location is excellent to explore more of downtown, Wynwood, Little Havana and Brickell at very short and cheap uber trip which is more convenient than renting a car for that area, this is my 4th time in Miami. Building is rather cool with swimming pool on top and gym, both extremely good. Arranging check in was very easy and the person who gave us the key was very friendly.

Good location for road trips and amazing staff

Pros: The staff was extremely kind and soothing. Check-in was simple and fast. All staff members were nice and attentive. Suzette deserves special recognition for making every morning the best possible start. The room was a fair size and tidy. The beds were comfortable, and we had a lot of space. The small refrigerator and microwave are a welcome bonus. Coffee and tea are available in the lobby, which is open 24 hours. There is plenty of parking in front of the motel. Perfect location if you plan on taking multiple road trips to visit the East Coast—easy access to the West Coast. We enjoyed our stay and the friendly staff.

Perfect place to stay in Miami

Pros: The location of the apartment is right in the heart of Miami very close to public transportation, restaurants, supermarkets and other landmarks . The view from the balcony is amazing. All in all the apartment was very clean and the communication with the host was very good (fast reply and clear answers). Huge plus for the parking space in the building. The pool located at the 10th floor was also a plus for the location. I would definitely recommend this place for the people wanting to explore Miami (and it can also be a good starting point for exploring Florid area).

Cons: I can’t say I did not like it’s more a “nice to have” thing (especially cause we arrive late in the evening due to the flight) - hand soap in the bathroom , body washer and some additional bags for the trash bins.

Pros: The location was amazing, the building so pretty, it has amazing amenities: as the pool, the gym, the views. The communication with the landlord 10/10 I would definitely stay here again.

Pros: The view from the one bedroom apartment was beautiful. Lovely pool area and great gym. The one bedroom apartment had a fold out bed and a blow up as well as the double bedroom.

Cons: The block is right in the middle of a building site and building work starts really early which is noisy. The studio apartment is literally on a train track, on a busy road and very noisy.
