Good location and value for money

Pros: Good location and appreciated that it was prepared for three people to stay. Not often that the sofa bed is prepared in advance. It was a really decent sofa bed.

Cons: Nice, but basic

Perfect beach vacation

Pros: You cant beat value for the money. Location is the best! apartment is perfect for couple and with kid. Windows are facing outside, brings a lot of natural light, witch is a huge plus. Black out shades very helpfull. Kitchen is fully equipped. Beach is literally across the street

Corner unit, great value

Pros: Great place to stay in Miami Beach. Location is superb and place is very well organized, everything you need for cooking is there. We were family of 3 and apartment worked out just perfect for us. Host was very responsive to out requests and recommended a lot of spots to visit in Miami. Can't wait to come back and enjoy beautiful Florida weather

Pros: Property is in great location! Right on the beach I would say. Karol Host is very accommodative and helped with several restaurant and attractions recommendations. Building is simple but apartment is very well kept

Pros: Estaba todo muy limpio, súper la ubicación, la cocina equipada con lo necesario, aunque si considero que es hora de cambiar el sofá cama y las almohadas que dejan para usarlo como dormitorio, el resto todo muy bien

Pros: Great apartment to stay at. Looks like recently remodeled. very comfortable mattress and new bathroom. very clean on arrival and host is very communicative, gave me a lot of recommendations what to do in the area. beach is just across the street its awesome

Appartement recommandé

Pros: Très bon emplacement, arrets de bus juste en bas, plage en face de limmeuble dans quartier securisé, hote disponible, accès par code (ideal car pas besoin d'emmener de clés à la plage), produits d'hygiène en quantité

Cons: Mauvaise isolation des fenetres, aucun bruits venant des autres appartements en revanche, nous entendons tous les bruits de la rue, rue très passantes et travaux dans l'immeuble à côté

Close to the beach

Pros: Close to the beach, literally just cross the street. The price was really good.

Cons: There was a fishy odor in the apartment. We haven't found where does it come from, we cleaned everything. Overall the stay was really good.
