Nice spacious apartment on Collins Avenue close to the beach

Pros: Nice spacious apartment with two double beds plus sofa in the living room. It is quite noisy at night because it is located on busy Collins Avenue, but it is very close to the beach—just two minutes away. Walking distance everywhere you need. Recommend :)

Cons: The kitchen equipment was older and a bit damaged, but it was sufficient for four night stay.

A good stay overall. We made good use of the bakery just a short walk away.

Pros: Very good location within close proximity to the beach and boardwalk. The complimentary biscuits and crisps.

Cons: The shower was average, but clean. The air conditioning was noisy and not easy to control. We got used to it.

Pros: Fantastic apartment with across from the beach. Bathroom is independent, huge bonus since we were 2 couples. Place was very clean on arrival. Host advised that new AC were installed and it helped a lot during hot Miami days for sure. 10/10 will be back
