Bayfront Apartment Breathtaking Views- one bedroom w balcony- living room -Free Parking

Pros: If you are looking for a home for a few days, this apartment is a good choice. The apartment is older but well maintained. Comfortable bed, balcony with a beautiful view of Miami, fully equipped kitchen, clean linens and toiletries. Washing machine is right next to the apartment with a card, which was missing in the apartment. Plenty of parking spaces.

Cons: !The pool is out of service!

Pros: La atención de Ezequiel y del personal del edificio. Buena ubicación, a 20 minutos de absolutamente todo;

Cons: Que no tenía opcion para calefaccionar

Es lo que ofrecen y para 2 días estuvo muy bien

Pros: La amabilidad del personal, el tamaño del departamente y la ubicación con estacionamiento incluido

Cons: Si piscina, sin acceso a la playa y aun cuando esta remodelado es muy antiguo.

Prima maar wel oordoppen meenemen. Oud gebouw aan doorgaande weg en erg gehorig.

Pros: De locatie, het uitzicht, de diverse conciërges waren meer dan behulpzaam en het contact met de eigenaar al vanaf onze boeking maart 2024. Wij verbleven eerst 2 weken in januari 2025 en na een week reizen en een korte cruise nog een week terug in februari en dat voelde als thuiskomen. Bij vragen reageert Ezequiel bijna direct. Wij komen uit Nederland en dan zijn er veel zaken anders geregeld dus hulp nodig. Parkeren achter het gebouw.

Cons: Wij hadden deze locatie geboekt omdat er een zwembad bij is. Helaas wordt het gerenoveerd en daar waren wij niet van op de hoogte. Geen idee wanneer het weer in gebruik wordt genomen. Achteraf geeft dat helemaal niet want er zijn hele fijne stranden waar je makkelijk met de auto naar toe kunt gaan.

Bel appartement avec vue exceptionnelle sur Miami et proche de tout !

Pros: Bel appartement au cœur de Miami ! Entre la plage et downtown, l’appartement est dans un immeuble sur une île. La vie depuis de balcon est exceptionnelle et donne sur Miami downtown avec tous ses buldings. Le coucher de soleil est très beau et la nuit superbe. Grande cuisine avec tous ce qu’il faut pour cuisiner. Grande salle de bain et grande douche avec vue sur la mer ! Salon avec canapé lit et table à manger. La chambre est confortable avec des armoires. Parking sur place gratuit, ce qui est rare à Miami! Acces à l’immeuble avec un badge. La plage est à 10 min en voiture (North Beach). Downtown Miami, quartier cubain, Wynwood a 15/20 minutes. Restaurants proches. L’appartement est très propre et calme! Sécurisé ! Belle piscine non chauffée mais très agréable.

Espectacular - posiblemente la mejor relación calidad precio para alojarse en Miami.

Pros: La ubicación es muy buena.. El apartamento dispone de parking lo que lo hace muy interesante y cómodo para desplazarte por Miami y alrefedores sin tener que preocuparte por el coche. Las vistas son impresionantes. Las dimensiones del apartamento son enormes para alojar una parreja. Todo funciona. Todo está limpio, Todo es como dice el dueño. En definitiva, un gran alojamiento para disfrutar de MIami

Świetne miejsce

Pros: Mieszkanie bardzo przestronne i czyste. Super lokalizacja, śliczna okolica i świetna baza wypadowa. Widok z okien naprawdę zapiera dech w piersiach. Właściciel bardzo sympatyczny i pomocny.

Cons: Brak suszarki do włosów. Przydałaby się po powrocie z plaży.
