Waterfront Studio Condo in the Heart of Miami - Skyline & Bay Views

Good Studio with nice view from balcony.

Pros: Perfect studio has everything we need, clean in a safe place. Kitchen is nicely equipped. Studio has free parking for one car but requires an additional resort fee ~15$ per person for a stay, it is cheaper than paying for parking in other hotels. Advising everyone who travels with car to check parking fees in Miami or Miami Beach hotels as it could be expensive, it is usually 40$ per night.

Cons: I do like the location if traveling by car, as I was planning to do, but as car rentals I have booked could not provide me a car, I stayed without a car on the first day. Walking distance shops are limited and no food places in walking areas, but the bus stop is not far away. It is not a Studio issue, I just want to complain about car rental. And another thing I did not like is A/C blowing directly in bed, but I assume nothing can be done to avoid it.

Pros: I love the view 😍 was very beautiful we have a great time, I wanna spend one more night but was booked.

Cons: I didn't like the check in was little big frustrated for me, because I didn't receive all the inf. On time. Another thing is that the door is little big hard to open otherwise it will be excellent.

Pros: The condo was clean and had everything we needed except a spatula no big deal other utensils did the job. The bed was very comfortable !!Free parking right on site!! The views of the bay and Miami were great! Lots of dolphins in the mornings and evenings...loved that! Everybody at the condo were very friendly and helpful! The location is perfect...close to the beaches and Miami south. The restaurant on the bottom floor is the Miami Halal was absolutely delicious 😋! We ordered from there three times because it was so good!! Traffic downtown Miami is packed. Loved the the place! We'll be back😊!!

Excelente preço, localização e conforto

Pros: Vista incrível, bem arejado e ventilado. Banheiros limpos, com agua quente disponivel. Funcionarios muito simpáticos, facil localizacao

Cons: Alguns funcionarios somente falavam espanhol, como falo somente portugues/ingles, tive um pouco de dificuldade de comunicação com eles

Lugar confortable...

Pros: La vista del departamento muy buena y bastante luminosidad. Conectividad rápida con Aventura Mall, Hard Rock Hollywood y Sawgrass.

Cons: El departamento es asignado cuando uno llega, pero hay que dar aviso a booking.

Appartement bien équipé avec très belle vue sur la baie.

Pros: Accueil par le concierge de l'immeuble, remise des clefs rapide. L'immeuble n'est pas récent mais l'appartement est rénové et très bien équipé. Très belle vue sur la baie.
