Great choice at Sunny Isles

Pros: Very comfortable apartment for a family of 5 adults and 3 kids. Clean and exactly as shown in the photos. Wonderful views from the patio and the living room. The pool was comfortable for swimming even in the end of December. Free valet parking was available and accommodated our large 12-passangers minibus.

Pros: Beautiful apartment. Very clean and stylish. Beds were very, very comfortable. The view from the balcony was fantastic. Great distance from South Beach and nice bars and restaurants near by

Cons: Our room was incredibly hot at night-time. AC would turn on at daytime but not night.

Pros: I had a beautiful stay the home was very clean and the hosts we’re very kind the view was marvelous I will come back again.

Greate location and neighborhood, close to everything, great potential with maintenance improvement

Pros: Location is perfect: beautiful area, proximity to beach, to shopping centers, restaurants, grocery stores - all walking distance. Enough space for the family of 6. Kind reception.

Cons: - Master bedroom closet drawers broken knobs, - Bedrooms curtains loos and hard to open/close, - Balcony doors in the living area are able to open with extreme force only (women were not able to open it...) - Heavy water leak every several hours (every morning and during the day) on the kitchen floor between refrigerator and sink cabinet (most probably, coming from refrigerator side), - Refrigerator water filter indicator is lit red (not sure when was last time replaced), - Airconditioning controller is loose and wobbly on the wall, - Iron doesn't work and no ironing board (or at least wasn't found...), - Missing general operational instructions for everything: from Wi-Fi to appliances, TV, etc... To conclude: host is to invest more thoughts in apartment routine/preventive maintenance and foresee guest basic needs...

Pros: La propiedad es muy cómoda tiene todo lo necesario. Está muy bien cuidada. Es muy espaciosa. Está en excelentes condiciones. Nos gustó mucho. Muy buena atención en la recepción del edificio y también el Valet parking

Cons: Ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen (sollten ein paar Dinge repariert werden)

Luxe en mooi uitzicht

Pros: Gratis valet parkeren, ondanks een serieuze medewerker. De appartement (tower suite) met 3 slaapkamers was super luxe en goed verzorgd. Met uitzicht op zwembad en de hoofdstraat. De ingang is aan een rustige straat parallel aan de hoofdstraat. Verder voorzien van wasmachine en wasdroger erg fijn.

Cons: Eettafel had 6 stoelen, terwijl wij met 7 personen waren. Geen shuttle naar north beach, south beach of downtown. Er was alleen betaald openbaar vervoer (bus) in de hoofdstraat.

Pros: Condo was perfect for us. 5 minute walk to beach. Condo was like a home a way from home.

Cons: At first I did not like that we could not park our own car. However, after a few days, it was nice to have a valet.
