Great amazing clean place on wonderful location

Pros: We were satisfied with the apartment, very clean overall, good air conditioning, good Wi-Fi, pay-per-use washer and dryer outside, kitchen appliances work very well, very large refrigerator, large beds and views of Washington Avenue and also the owner was very kind and let us in few time before check in hour.The building's doorman, Aldo, was very friendly too.

Cons: My family and I have had some bites, I suspect they may be bedbugs.

Pros: Nice view from the window, very close to the beach and the city center, it is better to go down the far stairs, which do not go into the garage, but directly onto the street.

Cons: Long wait for the elevator, especially when checking in, no reception (it was closed)

Pros: Perfect location, nice apartment with everything needed. Modern furniture, good kitchen equipment and internet.

Cons: Only one strange thing happened during our stay which otherwise was perfect. The door was closed from inside somehow (not sure it was our fault or it went wrong) so asked the owner to open it with the key of the door, thinking that everyone has a key for his flat. The answer was: there is no key, order someone to fix it (as a tourist at an unknown place?!) so we had to pay for opening the door. Someone who was around opened it with a screwdriver and had to pay for it….. as a frequent traveler, such a thing never happened to us before. Elevator was not working on one side of the building , my parents have health problems using the stairs wasn’t so convenient for them…

Perfect location, very cheap

Pros: The location was perfect, the apartment really nice and the contact to the hosts really good!

Cons: Toilet seat was broken and some surfaces a bit dusty

Pros: Good communication from the host. Some things are out dated but still in working order, no washing machine, to sum up im happy and would come back again

Nice stay in the heart of South Miami Beach

Pros: Great location in the heart of the Ocean drive. However need to advise that our apartments were not same as on the picture but were changed 2days before arrival by staff. All equipment which was declared initially was the same in this apartment. Clean, well equipped kitchen and bathrooms, convenient bed and enough space for our family. We had some issues during our stay, but staff reacted very quickly and was very helpful.

Cons: Noisy neighbourhood till early morning hours, but what can you expect if you leave just on Ocean drive between night clubs.

Pros: Good location just off ocean drive, large space, air conditioning, fridge, kitchenette.

Cons: The courtyard was not pretty.
