Pros: Great location near miami beach, well equipped ,the hosts are quick to respond.

Had a great stay in Miamibeach and would love to come back

Pros: Great location and the apartment got everything you need even a coffee machine.

Pros: Great location, perfect for a short stay. Furnished with everything you may need.

Cons: Loud nightclub outside.

Pros: The apartment is very bright, comfy and well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. Everything was very clean and smelled fresh. Location is around 5-10 minutes walking from the beach and a lot of restaurants, cafes and shops are in the same building an street. The hosts are very responsive and commutation was friendly and fluent.

Cons: There is no free option to store the luggages if you arrive earlier or leave later. But there is a luggage store shop around the corner which charges between 10-20 $ depending how many pieces you have with you. It can get noisy during the night as the street gets busy and Miami South Beach is a vibrant place.

Pros: Posizione ottima! Appartamento accogliente, pulito e funzionale!

Cons: Rumore assordante nella strada molto caotica fino a tarda notte. Staff non molto ricettivo, abbiamo scritto loro per avere informazioni sulla possibilità di lasciare i bagagli nella hall e non ci hanno mai risposto.

Pros: Pasamos unos excelentes 15 dias en el apartamento de Anna y Paolo. Todo se ajustaba perfectamente a nuestras necesidades y a lo detallado en Booking. El lugar estaba muy limpio y todo funcional. El departamento cuenta además con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. Los datos de llegada y accesos al apartamento los recibimos en tiempo y forma y fueron muy claros así como la comunicación con los anfitriones muy fluida. La ubicación es excelente, justo en el corazón de South beach, cerca de todas las tiendas y a 200 metros de la playa. Sin dudas es una excelente opción en South beach. Intentaremos repetir estadía allí a nuestro regreso a Miami beach.

Pequeñas dificultades, pero volvería a ir. Lo vale.

Pros: La ubicación del edificio era muy buena, y el departamento estaba en muy buenas condiciones, se nota que fue renovado recientemente. Tenia todas las comodidades necesarias. Paolo y Anna fueron muy amables y siempre respondieron a mis inquietudes de una manera rápida.

Cons: La habitacion si bien no es pequeña es angosta, lo cual dificulta el acceso a la cama estando muy cercana a la pared. Hay una discoteca justo en frente de la ventana del departamento donde ocurren peleas y gritos en la calle que pueden molestar. Para usar las maquinas de lavado se necesita una tarjeta que hay que comprar a $5 (sin crédito) y aparte cargarla con un minimo de $5 aunque los lavados cuesten $2, gastando un total de $10 aunque se quiera hacer 1 solo lavado. Si bien se menciona un estacionamiento en el edificio este no se puede usar bajo ningún motivo, hay que usar un parking publico a $20 el día que esta en frente.

Great location with everything you need for Miami vacation

Pros: Very clean, bright white room, newly furnished with equipments we needed including carry-on beach folding chairs, kitchen, and laundry. Public parking is very near and cheap (20 USD for 24 hr). Nice host with excellent communication. Great location for South Beach, not too crowded, close to beach.

Cons: Not the property itself but the noise from overnight party peoples and cars on Washington Ave. They partied until 5 am on weekend.
