Pros: designated parking spot, location, bed super comfortable, received 2nd set of keys, very friendly host, everything you need to go to the beach, new sponge/kitchen towel

Cons: master bathroom is in the master bedroom - in case you need some privacy ;-)

Pros: The department is very nice and clean. The kitchen is fully equipped. In the center of south beach, very convenient!! Samira is a great person.

Cons: Water pressure in main bathroom was weak. The water filter in the fridge was broken and repair could be booked after we finished our stay.

It was great to stay with family.

Pros: Close to everywhere and everything. The local staff was very nice, very good communication. I called for the shower issue. The local staff called back right away. There were more than expected accessories. The rooms were very clean. We will stay again when we come back to Miami.

Cons: Master bathroom shower valve is different than the hallway shower. Master bath sink faucet is hard to turn. The water came out just a little. And the sink has mold on the back splash.

Clean, Spacious, and great location.

Pros: I liked the location and how spacious the property was. I also liked how it had two bathrooms. Great water pressure. It was a big plus that the property included beach chairs, very useful.
