Pros: Super spacious and well located. The apartment is very well furnished with all the necessary equipment. The check in is very fluid.

ideal choice for a stay of 2 weeks or bit longer

Pros: with an own kitchen with gas oven and all equipment.. thats the perfect appartment to stay for a longer time like 2 weeks or bit more. only some mins away from the Beach at 5th street, supermarket are close by, gym etc. Freindly and supportive team for any questions like i you want to book a parking place .. easy handled. I like that appmartments very much,

Great little apartment in the heart of South Beach

Pros: The layout, ease of access and location were excellent

Cons: Could’ve been cleaner and better kept but it didn’t detract from our experience

Pros: The beach exactly 3 minutes by walk. All the public transfers are available next to the apartment.

Cons: The bed was a little bit uncomfy, and if u like to sleep dark, u have to cover the window with a blanket or something. Lower apartment number 3.

I want to emphasize again that the location is excellent, but next time we will definitely prefer more comfortable accom

Pros: A spacious accommodation with a very good location, very close to Ocean Drive, the beach, etc.

Cons: Unfortunately, the apartment was not clean when we arrived; there was a strange smell and the bathroom was dirty. I was also bothered by the shower curtain, which was torn (it would be nice to replace such small things in a timely manner). Additionally, the sliding closet doors were broken

Pros: good location, fast communication and reliable problem solving

Cons: the apartment we got was not the one shown on the pictures, although i have booked a place with a separate bedroom they wanted to give us a studio and blamed it on some issues why the original was not available. I have told them I dont accept this and this is not what i have paid for so they assigned us to another apartment across the street. At the end it was okay but still not what i have originally booked.

Pros: Location is really convenient. The rooms are okay, good bed. Communication with the host was great

Cons: Hair dryer, toaster and Wi-Fi didn’t work.

We wish we stayed longer. we will definitely be back and will use the sofi apartments again
