Great last minute booking in a nice location.

Pros: Great communication from staff and owner Dash. Provided a free later checkout and also storage for our luggage after checkout.

Cons: Some floor tiles are cracked in the apartment.

Pros: Excellent location and great service. The staff was very friendly, attentive and helpful. The quieter section of Ocean Drive is a perfect location for accessing everything but is less noisy and crowded.

Cons: Only minor things, no ice cube trays, no dishtowels in the kitchen.

Cons: We came with a baby, and it would have been nicer with a cot or a metress in the sleeping room. But we knew there wasn't any beforehand, so just an idea for the future.

Pros: I recently stayed at 320 Ocean Drive in Miami, and had an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth and hassle-free. Dash, who handled my booking and check-in, was truly amazing professional, friendly, and incredibly easy to deal with. She made the whole process simple and stress-free. The check-in was seamless, and the place was exactly as described. The location is unbeatable right in the heart of South Beach, with everything just a short walk away restaurants, the beach, shops, and all the main attractions. Overall, a wonderful stay and highly recommended. I would definitely return.

Comfortable apartments in a great location

Pros: Great location - just off ocean drive, 2 minutes to the beach Big comfortable beds in the 2 bedroom apartment Communication from owner is great - get a response within 2 minutes - very friendly and accommodating

Cons: Some of the furniture in the property is looking a little tired - the sofa in the 2 bedroom apartment specifically 1 small bath towel each for the week - is not enough. A few extra towels when staying for a longer period would be a good idea

Pros: The apartment was very comfortable. Dash, the main contact, was a shining star: always available, solution based and very helpful wherever she could be. We initially had an issue with some humidity but it was resolved quickly and satisfactorily. The place is really well located and comfortable.

Pros: The location of the house is great, just a 3-minute walk to the beach. It’s also close to the buses going to Downtown. The place was clean and comfortable, and the host was very kind. We had a lovely time
