Worth the money and VERY pleasant stay in Miami Beach in this appartment.

Pros: Excellent situation in Miami. Just perfect to moce arround Miami Beach. Owner representative is very firnedly and very helpfull.

Cons: The biggest problem is sleeping under the spotlight of urban lighting, which floods the bedroom with light. It's as if it were the middle of the day, so you have to use eye masks to sleep. Apart from that, it's pretty quiet and you sleep very well when you've got a leaden eye like my wife and me.

Pros: Amazing location with complete kitchin and super clean room. Photo on website were similar to room.

Cons: I was scared a bit reading reviews of hotels in south beach but i think we made a good choice.

Pros: Superb location , very spacious apartments with all facilities you would expect. No staff on-site but they’re very quick responding to any query. Best money value overall we found around the area

Definitely would go back again

Pros: Comfortable apartment that was suitable for two work colleagues. Large kitchen with all equipment required. It is in central Ocean Blv in the middle of the restaurant area. As it was off season, it was busy but not overcrowded. Easy walk to the beach and to the pier. Good internet connection.

Cons: It is a little faded. One room was quite light due to street lights so bring an eye mask.

Pros: Super mega lokalizacja, bezproblemowy i elastyczny czas zameldowania i wymeldowania (oczywiście jeśli była taka możliwość). Czystość w obiekcie. Stosunek ceny do jakości jak najbardziej na plus.

Cons: Przez super lokalizację było troszkę głośno (ale to rozumiem), niezbyt przestronne wnętrze, oprócz sypialni pozostałe pokoje były bez wystarczającego dostępu światła dziennego. Troszkę mało wyposażenia kuchennego (ale to pewnie wynikało z tego że wykorzystaliśmy max. ilość osób w tym obiekcie).

Pros: Situation exceptionnelle, spacieuse terrasse abritée du vent. Sanitaires propres.

Cons: Manque de couverts dans la cuisine, électroménager sale (four et frigo) bouton du lave-vaisselle absent Belle terrasse mais mobilier de jardin hors d’usage et souillé par les déjections des oiseaux. 3 Lattes du canapé-lit cassées.

Pros: Posizione era ottima, appartamento era grande ogniuno aveva suo spazio. Gentile ho potuto lasciare valigie in camera fino alle 13.00, invece di 11.00. Letto in prima camera era grande è comodo.

Cons: Alcuni mobili necessitano una sostituzione. In seconda camera c'è da sistemare la finestra che non si riesce aprire. La porta scorrevole pendeva fuori dal binario, quindi non si poteva utilizzare. In cucina qualche utensile in più non guasta, almeno un altra pentola e padella... Doccia poteva essere più pulita, magari togliendo calcare...
