Pros: Очень классный район, до пляжа и магазинов 10-15 мин пешком. Если вы с детьми, в 10 мин ходьбы есть две новые детские площадки. Кондиционер очень хорошо работает как на тепло, так и на холод👌🏼 Кровать большая, хоть матрас был и мягким для нас, но очень удобный. Рокки владелец помогал нам во всем! У нас не работала микроволновка,он просто купил новую и привез нам😁 Привез новый детский стульчик для ребенка. Спасибо ему огромное!!!! Парковка крытая, что в жару очень спасало!

Cons: Очень старая кухня, шумно по утрам в будни, т.к. рядом школа. Соответственно из-за этого пробки.
