Good apartment, safe and good value for money.

Pros: Safe neighbour, good location to shopping, coffee shops, restaurants, bars and beach. Bike rentals for citibike close by and reasonable prices making everywhere around Miami Beach accessible. Quiet no noisy neighbours self access to apartment didn’t require to interact with staff. Fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, toaster. Strong hot showers

Cons: I didn’t like having to empty humidifiers, the floor surface was difficult to clean, but the apartment was overall very clean. The sofa bed not that comfortable and was fabric and could be a little cleaner.

Was the perfect accommodation for our weekend in Miami.

Pros: Great location, price and facilities in the apartment. Very easy check in and check out process.

We had a great time

Pros: It was spacious, clean , excellent location. Very good value for money. Beds very comfortable.

Cons: We didn’t like the fact that there was no private outside area to sit in but we were aware that it would be like this and that that was why the price was good. There could have been more general everyday equipment in the kitchen such as chopping board, small sharp kitchen knives. The ironing board was not in good shape . Air con and dehumidifier noisy but that is unavoidable i expect.

Nice place with 2 baths and quiet area

Pros: I like the area ,I like that we had 2 bathrooms and a nice kitchen

Cons: People don’t respect bedtime amd make noises ; furnitures , walk and speak hard etc , and when I sent a message and complained nobody answered, no rules for people no control and we didn’t sleep good I saw on booking a picture of a small laundry , wash machine and dryer but they don’t have , I asked to housekeeping and they don’t

Great location, comfortable apartment, nice stuff, fair price.

Pros: Good location, 15 minutes walk to the beach, walking distance to restaurants, 10 minutes drive to downtown. Nice neighbourhood. Very calm place, but next block you have vibrant South Beach.

Pros: Very comfortable beds and properly has everything you need. Great location. Close to the beach and to great restaurants. Highly recommend.

Pros: Apartment was very clean, Directions were to the point easy to follow.

Cons: Parking is not great.

Bon rapport qualité prix et bon emplacement

Pros: Bon emplacement, rapport qualité prix, proche des arrêts de bus, proche magasin, super bonne boulangerie française et restaurants , présence d’un déshumidificateur et de la Clim.

Cons: Il manque de la vaisselle si vous êtes 6. ( on peut manger dans une petite assiette avec une cuillère 😁)Si on se déplace en chaussettes blanches dans l’appartement, elles sont tous de suite noires… Les dosettes de café ne correspondent pas à la machine 😅
