Nice stay, perfect location

Pros: Room was comfy. Kitchen has many staff to prepare food and clean. Location was awsome.

We had a fabulous stay at Franklin suites, would definitely stay here again.

Pros: The location is great, especially for the beach. Right in the heard of South Beach. It’s a decent size apartment, clean and good facilities.

Cons: The sofa bed was very hard my children couldn’t sleep on it.

Pros: Location was absolutely outstanding. Property was clean and the staff reached out on multiple occasions to check in. I would absolutely stay here again.

Cons: Noise. Street noise is to be expected due to its location and that didn’t bother us however noise from other properties within the building specifically from the property above was unbearable at times and definitely started to take a toll on our stay. It literally sounded like they was gonig to On my way! Through the ceiling at times.

Pros: Good location near everything and had why we needed in the apartment Nice beds and pillows Lots of clothes space Coffee and creamer provided Good towels and shampoo / conditioner provided etc

Cons: I think it’s a great place but it was very expensive (which I know it’s Miami!) But over £500 per night is a lot but that’s not something that can be changed so it’s just a note to make really

Pros: Great location, super nice staff on site, easy check in process with well written guidelines. Our studio was spacious, clean and well equipped. Very responsive host via chat for any queries.
