Great front desk staff

Pros: Front desks staff were amazing and very accommodating.

Cons: Wish there were transfers to local malls another hotels did

Very clean and welcoming hotel

Pros: Very well located, well managed and super clean property. The service at reception was simply outstanding. Spacious and comfortable room. We had great experience

Cons: The airconditioner/ventilation could be quiter, that would make room a bit more comfortable.

Cons: I found the market way too expensive. Check-in should be faster. Breakfast pricing is complicated.

Pros: Booking fue el problema siguen mostrando en logotipo de desayuno incluido en la compra y al momento de llegar al hotel No esta incluido. Muy mal de la parte de booking.

Cons: No incluía el desayuno para un hotel que utiliza uno para madrugar y llegar temprano al aereopuerto!

Cons: AC in our unit was either too cold and at times would turn on the heat. Room entry door needs adjustment. Is too hard to open ajar. Seems jammed
