Apartment at De Soleil Hotel on Ocean Drive

Great stay in Miami Beach!

Pros: Great location, close to the beach and restaurants. Quiet. Swimming pool is nice and the accommodation was great for 3 people and 3 nights. Whenever we had a question, we got answers very quickly. The user guide provided is very good and very helpful.

Cons: The A/C was a bit noisy

Pros: Very well organized apartment with all needed amenities. Set up of restroom and curtain in living room allows to split apartment for 2 separate parts. Nice terrace with view over the outdoor pool. Located at beginning of Ocean Drive, all attractions in walking distance

Cons: Hotel currently under renovation which makes first impression quite bad, for example no numbers on room doors ;)

Amazing place with a fantastic location

Pros: Had the most amazing 16 day stay at this property. The room was immaculate and so big. The bed was the comfiest I have ever slept in.

Cons: Only thing I could complain about it not having a light on the balcony.

Pros: Location was amazing. Hosts were fantastic returning promptly in response to queries, and very kindly allowed us a late check-out at no extra cost. Good on-site restaurant.

Cons: La persona encargada de recepcionarme, totalmente indiferente desde el momento 1, me ayudaron para poder explicarle sobre mi estadia ya que ni siquiera me recibio con un buenas tardes. Siempre sentada en 1 sillon lo unico que me decia era que no tenia reserva alguna, imaginen la situacion. Nunca tuvo amabilidad para ver que era lo que sucedia. Cuando logre observar que escribia mi nombre Veronica con B Beronica, la persona que intermediaria por el lenguaje le hizo corregir y alli aparecio mi reserva y accedi al espacio alquilado. La señora nunca se levanto del sillon en el cual estaba como recostada. Demasiada diferencia entre ella y el personal del Condominio. De seguir con esa persona deberian aclarar que solo se habla ingles, ya q resulta muy angustiante vivir esos inconvenientes sin necesidad.
