Just Love it here !
Pros: Centrally located , beach and great restaurants are within few steps walk . We enjoyed our stay , and had a fantastic time in Miami by the south beach …
Cons: Some mugs may need replacement.

Great value for money
Pros: Location and affordability. Place is almost right at the beach, surrounded by hotels, restaurants and bars. Everything is very close and street is safe. For that price you will hardly find better accommodation. Great affordable place. Stuff is very good they helped us with whatever we needed.
Cons: Comfort. The place is pretty basic. It has everything you need for a, short term stay but if you are staying longer than few days it's not so good especially for the reason that you don't have wardrobe or places to store your stuff in the living/sleeping room. Other bedroom has its own wardrobe. Sofa is a bit uncomfortable but we haven't used it so it was okay. It's a place which you book if you plan to be out most of the days and need something just for taking shower, leaving things and sleeping.

Great beach apartment
Pros: Amazing location. Couldnt ask for better location. Very friendly and helpful host.
Cons: A little dated and the kitchen could have been a bit more equipped.

The place is so close to beach access, Miami night life, parks. Easy walk for us with kids.

Pros: We were about 200 yards from south beach which was great. We booked our stay about 10 minutes before we arrived. Kids said their bed was comfortable, my wife’s and I bed were just ok.

Best location
Pros: Best location. The apartment, even though simple, had everything we needed. We are a family of 5, with 3 young adults and it was perfect for a short stay.
Cons: Missing towel bars and racks to hang clothes. With 5 of us in this small space, clothes and towels get quickly out of control.

Once they spray for the roaches, I would love to return.
Pros: Very accessible for walking, shopping, dining, lounging on the beach, etc. Great value for all that access. Room had body wash, beach towels, shampoo&conditioner, hot plate/stove top, full size fridge, and microwave as well. I was impressed to find a decent price property for an emergency, last minute trip right by the beach. We were able to accomplish what we needed and relax while doing it.
Cons: I saw some roaches in the bathroom. They looked like baby roaches so there were probably some bigger ones somewhere. Will have to close my luggage up in a trash bag to ensure I don’t bring any in my house.

Perfect Stay for Families in the Heart of Miami South Beach
Pros: The best part of this property is its prime location—step outside, and you're right in the heart of Miami's vibrant South Beach. For an Indian vegetarian family, it’s a gem: the fully functional kitchen allows you to cook basic meals, and there are several Indian restaurants nearby to satisfy your cravings. Highly recommended for families looking for convenience and comfort in an unbeatable location!
Cons: The door locks felt flimsy, which could be improved for added security. Additionally, the hotel used personal toiletries like shampoo and conditioner purchased from Dollar Tree, which was not what anyone in USA will expect .

Pros: Localisation excellente un appartement à 3 min de la plage sur Ocean Drive... idéal ! Nuit calme et fraîche
Cons: Leger décalage avec les photos ... ce n'était pas si grands ;-) Canapé lit un peu raide... mais les autres lits etaient très convenables
