Deluxe Room in best location Miami in a 2 Bedrooms Unit - Parking

We enjoyed our stay there in full.

Pros: The property is in a nice location - only 5 min from a busy shopping area with nice eating places. I liked the flexibility of the host - they met all my little needs - to have a storage for earlier arrival, even offered earlier check in. They were very friendly, offered full access to the kitchen facilities, which were not present at all in my first accommodation in Miami. There was access to the garden & patio and it made our stay easy and relaxing. There is access to washing facility, with no charge (surprisingly after the request for $30 for using a short washing program in my first accommodation). We are greatful to the hosts for their care and kind attention. And we highly recommend this place.

Cons: The only thing we did not like was lack of opened window in our room, as it was a bit too hot during the night, but we managed to sort it out by opening the door towards the kitchen and the opened window to the bathroom.

Pros: Great location. Walking distance to public transport and other amenities. House had all the facilities one might need.

Very cosy and authentic stay in Miami

Pros: Very friendly hosts. They invited us to Thanksgiving dinner and were always helpful.

Pros: Incredibly nice landlords It was a very nice little spontaneous party. Many thanks for the nice and interesting conversations with you and the other guests

Little home

Pros: Just great! They have everything you need! I was impressed with the toiletries (from shampoos to sunscreens of premium quality) and the full kitchen.

Pros: I only stayed one night because I needed accommodation overnight for my return the next day, but it was all fine. The property owner kept in touch and gave me the access information and everything I needed to know. The room was a bit small as there were 2 single beds in it, so there was not much space left in between. Still, the room was quite comfortable, and so was the bed, and it was a cosy place to stay. Both the room and the shared bathroom were very clean, and the property overall was also clean and well maintained. There was a fully equipped kitchen area and a living room for the guests to use, which looked nice and cosy. There was also a backyard space outside with a table and chairs. The property was in a quiet and safe neighbourhood that was easy to access. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to fully enjoy this place due to my short stay, but I feel quite confident to recommend it.

Cons: The only inconvenience was the check out time, which is quite early, at 10am. As my arrival was late, I'd have definitely appreciated a later check out time, at least at 11am. Check out at 11am (and sometimes even later) also seems to be standard for most vacacional properties, so maybe it's something to consider for guests' convenience. Otherwise, I didn't have other issues.

Pros: You can find everything really neat the place, bars, restaurants, markets, buses that are really well connected to center, Miami Beach . I totally recomand , the house is clean and people really friendly and helpful

Pros: A cozy room in a very good location. The room had plenty of room to store everything i brought and the kitchen was great for cooking small meals for one or two people. It's a five minute walk to a Target or a Trader Joe's, plenty of restaurants around, both for sitting down and for quick bites. Unit is shared with a another guest room, but overall all were very polite.

Pros: I booked the accomadition on last minute. The rensponse was quite quick. We were satisfied with with everything. The owner was wellcoming.

Cons: I do not have any bad memories.

Pros: La chambre avait tout le nécessaire ( tv, frigo,mouchoirs,des chaussons et des prises dont usb près du lit ) Vous vous trouvez dans le quartier du street art. Les échanges par whatsapp avec les propriétaires ont été clairs et cordiaux.

Cons: Il ne faut pas avoir le sommeil léger (les avions passent au-dessus de votre tête)
