Comfortable stay

Pros: I stayed at Upsun Hotel for 3 nights as a solo traveler. The staff is friendly and helpful, location is perfect: close (walking distance) to all the best Miami’s areas. My room was small but modern and comfy, it had everything I needed, I slept very well and was clean. The pool on the rooftop is lovely.

Cons: TV doesn’t allow you to connect apps like Netflix.

Fab Miami hotel

Pros: Upsun is in a really good location, the rooms are clean, the beds are comfy, staff so nice and helpful - what more can you ask for. We are staying again shortly and would def recommend.

Pros: Location was really good. Staff very friendly. Beds were really comfortable

Cons: Requested a car transport to the airport but had to Uber as the early morning desk clerk could find no record of the request. Needs to be a better conformation system in place. Lobby construction had the on-site restaurant closed but no noise issue in suites.

Pros: Great location! We loved the location of this place, close to ocean drive, south beach and lots of restaurants, cafes, bars & shops. Room had a fridge which was useful for drinks. Staff were friendly & helpful ☺️ Thanks!

Cons: We booked a Junior room and it was just too small for us with limited space for things, bigger rooms are available so I would definitely recommend booking one if you’re there for a few days. A kettle would have been welcome (I’m a tea drinker) plus some coffee pods for the coffee machine.

Enjoyable and Relaxing

Pros: Appreciated the amenities and kind staff. Hotel was also very central in south beach and walkable to other nearby locations. Rooms were modern and for the most part clean. Fresh towels were available throughout the day for you to switch out as needed.

Cons: Had a few issues with our room cards not working and had to get these switched at the lobby multiple times. The bathroom light was faulty and was not working the majority of the trip. Would have also appreciated beach umbrellas being included in the room price for the on beach amenities and not at an additional cost.
