Good property overall.

Pros: Great layout, really generous sized bedrooms which all lead off a central dining/sitting/kitchen area. Everything is on one floor which was perfect for us as we had a young child with us. Property is really nicely decorated, modern and feels quite new, in addition the property was very clean throughout. Plenty of bedding, throws and towels as well. The driveway can accommodate 2/3 large cars, which was really handy for us as we were 7 guests total and needed 2 large cars to get around with all our luggage. Location was also really convenient for us, we were able to drive both into Miami and down to the Keys. We felt very safe and secure, no issues. Also great location for the Everglades

Cons: Whilst the property is well decorated, the facilities are a little lacking. There was 7 of us, but typically there wasn’t enough of everything should we all want to use at the same time - for example, there was only 4 sun loungers, 4 deck chairs in the sand area, 4 breakfast stools. The outside area has a sofa which seats 6, as such larger parties would struggle. We also had some issues with the pool & main TV whilst we were there - the TV just turns itself into sleep mode every ten minutes and the pool was originally too hot and had sand in when we arrived (not big issues) however, the staff who came to help spoke only Spanish so we really struggled with translation. We got the pool resolved, however gave up on the TV issue, it wasn’t a huge deal for us given we were on holiday so wasn’t watching much all together, but would have been nice on the odd occasion.

Lovely villa for a holiday in the sun

Pros: The property was spacious and well equipped. Each room had towels and beach towels which was much appreciated! Loved the pool area and we really enjoyed the basketball hoop, pool table and table tennis!

Cons: It would have been useful to have some instructions for the appliances in the villa, and maybe some recommendations of restaurants and things to do in the area. Otherwise everything was brilliant!

Amazing house, amazing grounds

Pros: The property was great! From the spacious rooms to the special touches made you feel very comfortable. The outdoors with the pool, beach, and games was a perfect touch. Great place to stay!

Cons: In most locations there is a book that gives check-in and checkout information as well as attractions and recommended restaurants, this did not have one. While he responded in a timely manner to all of my questions, it could have been avoided if a binder was there.
