Welcome to Miami Springs Charm

We had a very pleasant stay in a clean, well-equipped house with a lovely terrace.

Pros: The house is in an excellent location, situated in a very pleasant and quiet neighborhood. It was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful small touches that made our stay even easier, such as salt and pepper, oil, as well as a good supply of paper towels and toilet paper. The terrace with the outdoor kitchen and grill is a great feature, and it creates a wonderful atmosphere for breakfast and relaxing outside. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and would happily stay here again.

Cons: The terrace furniture had some black dust on it, so it might be helpful to wipe it down before the arrival of new guests. This could simply be due to the air quality in the area, as dust seems to settle quickly. There was also a charcoal grill in the garden that had not been cleaned (the grill grate and some leftover charcoal briquettes were still there). It would be more convenient if a gas grill were available instead.

Excellent stay in Miami

Pros: This house is so cute from the outside and it carries throughout the entire home. It has all the amenities we need for an overnight stay and we would definitely rent again for a longer stay. Bedrooms are set up nicely and the beds are comfortable. The outdoor area is a fantastic overflow space and the television and fans kept some of our party outside all day! The area was quiet but a quick drive to what we needed. We ran into one issue and the owners were quick and friendly, providing a solution immediately. We felt safe and welcome. If this home is available for your stay in Miami, you should rent it right away!

Cons: A grill would have been nice, but hey, so would a masseuse! It was great!

Pros: Buena ubicación, cerca del aeropuerto, buen vecindario, casa limpia y agradable

Repetiría, todo muy bien.

Pros: A pesar de estar cerca del aeropuerto hemos dormido muy bien. A la casa no le falta un detalle, había menaje suficiente, sal, especias, una botella de vino de bienvenida…todo estupendo. Estuvimos en el jardín comiendo y cenando. El contacto con ellos ha sido muy fácil y responden rápido. Nos ha encantado y nos da pena no poder quedarnos más días, volvería a reservar sin dudarlo. La calidad precio está muy bien.
