Modern 1 Bed Condo across from Bayside in Downtown

Better than what we expected!

Pros: Location is excellent. Nice view! The property is convenient with a master bedroom and in a the living there is a couch that can turn into a decent bed. We liked the kitchen that is fully equipped. We also liked the washer and dryer in a closed. The gym and the pool were great!

Cons: If there is something… We stayed with a family of four and the plates were in sets of 3. But we could use 3 small plates and one large.

Excellent option in Miami Downtow

Pros: The host John was helpful and quick to assist with anything we need. A lovely property located close to great restaurants and close to the port. The property is well equipped and large with beautiful views.

Pros: I felt very safe staying here as a solo traveller. 4 min walk to the bus stop to go to south miami Beach. Walkable distance to biscayne, which has shops, excursions etc

Pros: The apartment is great! It's supplied with anything you need, excellent communication with the host, amazing sunset from the Juliet's balcony.

The place felt like home and everything was close by.

Pros: The property was spectacular. The views is amazing.

Yotel 1 bedroom condo

Pros: Location was perfect close to Bayside Markets and local amenities

Cons: Communication was poor with the owner of the property. Emailed him day 1 that living room TV was not working. So we could not watch TV in the living room only in the bedroom. We were there for 4 nights and he decides to reply on our last night that he can send someone out to have a look. I told him no point we were checking out the next day. There was also no manual for the apartment as to where the pool/gym is or where to take the trash out to I had to message him to ask. He was very slow to reply to issues .Most hotels/ airbnbs have manuals to show or say where things are or what to do in the area. The bed was very comfy however the shower pressure was very very weak and it wasn't even the correct shower holder for the shower head so you could not adjust it towards you which was extremely annoying. The day we checked out he asked if we could give him a 5 star review and a heart. Yeah right!!

Cómodo, seguro y hermoso

Pros: El apartamento es hermoso y muy cuidado. Está muy céntrico y la zona es segura. Nos sentíamos en un edificio cuidado y lujoso. La cama era muy cómoda y grande. La bañera es perfecta, muy fácil de usar. Las vistas son hermosas desde el piso 30. Cocinamos y lavamos ropa y nos sentimos como en casa. Nos proporcionó jabón para la lavadora, para el lavavajillas y todo lo necesario para poder cocinar. A 5 minutos del transporte público que te lleva vía directa a Miami Beach!! Volveremos acá sin dudarlo cuando volvamos a Miami!
