City Loft - Downtown Bayfront pool gym & parking

Definitely recommend and would stay again

Pros: Stayed 3 nights. Able to communicate very quickly with agent who was very responsive and helpful. Taken to appt 401 by an agent, who came 405pm. Ideal location for attractions Downtown and transport to port and South Beach. Spacious open plan clean room (industrial look), with windows over monorail. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathroom. Room has 1 settee, 1 chair and bench dining table, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven and fridge freezer, washing machine and dryer, AC, and TV.. 1 Bathroom is ensuite with walkin shower and toilet and clean with toiletries the other has shower over bath. Free very good WiFi. Electric sockets near bed. Very Small Pool area on ground floor with towels in room. I Would highly recommend. and would stay again

For specific needs ideal

Pros: I have to say that I am really rather into hotel accommodation than private property rental so my rating might be influenced by that. It is really great location, close to Brickell and other places. Place is amazing from size perspective for 4 people (we were 3). I would recommend this accommodation but one point taken down due to several (maybe personal) reasons.

Cons: Chasing me so hard when I will arrive despite the fact I filled my arrival in booking form. Sending pictures of keys and other unusual things I am not comfortable with (probably my problem). Dirty plates in the kitchen, dirty bathroom upon arrival. Taking car out of parking place and getting back to the room to leave card and taking picture of it. Waiting for the elevator (only one in service). Very dirty windows (construction around). Foam mattresses (might be comfortable for others but me).

Hidden jem in the heart of the city center

Pros: Great location, modern and at the same time comfortable design, we are a couple with a toddler and it was exactly what we needed for our stay, moreover we received late check out, which was super helpful for kid’s nap routine that day, big thanks about that!

Cons: That we couldn’t stay more :)

Perfect location and beautiful apartment

Pros: The accommodation is located in a very good location in downtown Miami, close to the Kaseya Center. Right next door is the Metromover station, and you are also just a few steps away from Bayside Marketplace. The apartment is bright, spacious, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and perfectly equipped for cooking and laundry. A big advantage is the possibility of parking in nearby garages. In addition, there is an good pizza place right down the corner, which you can then enjoy in your apartment. We were thrilled. :)

Pros: La ubicación, luminosidad y comodidad del apartamento. Muy tranquilo y cerca de todo. Habitaciones y baños amplios.

Cons: Todo bien

I would still recommend staying there to other people.

Pros: Location was excellent and apartment was very nice.

Cons: Only one lift was working out of two, sometimes had long wait for lift. The pool was closed for maintenance the whole 5 nights we were there.
