Clean, modern apartment

Pros: + Clean, modern apartment. + Clean bedrooms with good beds (no saggy mattresses). + Nice pool / BBQ area. + 10 minutes easy walk to Sunny Isle Beach (Americans would drive that distance with the car when there would be a parkink lot...). + Uncomplicated alignments with the agency/landlord

Cons: - Registration at the property management was a little bit annoying, because of office opening hours between 10am and 12am, which were were not able to meet.

Pros: Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, cicha i spokojna okolica, ok 500 m od sklepów, restauracji i ok 700 m od pięknej piaszczystej plaży. dojazd z lotniska jak i różnych dzielnic Miami bardzo dobry, miejsce w garażu wygodne; ładny taras, na którym śniadania zawsze smakowały; polecam apartament.

Golden Bay 406 is a YES YES.

Pros: Excellent views and sunsets. Close to shopping, dining and beaches. Easy ride by bus or car share services into downtown and beyond. We really enjoyed 406 and would happily book our next Miami vacation in Sunny Isles.

Cons: Didn't like not being able to stay longer. 5 days just not enough time.

Pros: A localização é perfeita, para mim está na melhor região de Miami. Tem todo próximo, supermercados, restaurantes, farmácias....

Cons: Gosto deste lugar por ser uma rua muito calma e sossegada, mas próximo de tudo. A vista do apartamento é espetacular a posição solar é ótima.
