Overall fantastic to stay

Pros: Nice location. Just 4 min walking to ocean beach drive and 25 mins walking to Lincon road. Value for money. Basic do able kitchennet.

Cons: Sometimes noisy on street at odd times

A little surprised at the lack of urgency about the A/C unit not working.

Pros: Location, cleanliness, staff at front desk, solarium/sun deck and price was good.

Cons: The A/C was broken the entire time. Very stuffy and humid with no airflow in room. Electrical outlet was inoperative in the bathroom.

Pros: Ubicación excelente. La habitación blanca y limpia

Cons: No se podían abrir las ventanas.

Pros: Отличные апартаменты. Полотенца чистые, были душевые принадлежности. Удобно что есть микроволновка и кофемашина. Посуда была в номере. Расположение очень хорошее. Много рядом кафе и магазинов. До пляжа близко и приятно идти.

Cons: Душевая Лейка не двигается.

Excelente, volvería sin pensarlo!

Pros: La habitación muy bonita, contaba con aire acondicionado y abanico en el techo, la cama muy cómoda, el hotel bien ubicado, cerca a muchos markets y restaurantes, a 2 cuadras de la playa, y de facil acceso al transporte público, la verdad volvería sin dudarlo, el personal muy servicial.

Good choice for the value

Pros: Great location, quite spacious room with everything you might need. Shower pressure was a little weak, but it wasn’t a big deal for me.

Cons: It does get loud on the street at night.

Pros: La communication avec l’établissement. Super et très gentil. Correct pour le prix. Très pratique avec la mini cuisinette. Localisation est excellente!

Cons: Propreté ok. Odeur dans le corridor et de l’air climatisé.

Great and Enjoyable Vacation

Pros: Everything went smooth, from checking-in to checking-out, the room was comfortable with ac, fan, clean place, welcoming and helpful staff most of them, great location, near the beach, ocean drive and the main attractions in South Beach.

Cons: The only thing I can say is that wifi was a little weak, it will go on and off, is not a strong and fast wifi.

Cons: As vezes o elevador ficava fora de serviço.
