Cons: Piscine pas toujours disponible à cause de problème indépendant du propriétaire (piscine partagée pour le bâtiment)

Pros: Wir sind absolut begeistert von der Unterkunft, bei dem Preis und der Lage unschlagbar und dazu mit Jago und Eze super herzliche Gastgeber! Die kleine Wohnung ist mit allem eingerichtet, was man brauchen könnte und sogar noch einigen praktischen Dingen mehr, wie z.B. Sonnenschirme/-stühle für den Strand, Badehandtücher und anderes. Sie befindet sich nur sehr wenige Minuten fußläufig von Strand und Ocean Drive entfernt, ist aber gleichzeitig ruhig gelegen. Der Pool bietet auch mal eine schnelle Abkühlung und ist sogar etwas erwärmt, worüber sich unsere kleine Tochter sehr gefreut hat. Morgens wurden wir vor dem Fenster von kleinen Papageien begrüßt und wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Jago und Eze haben uns einen schönen Aufenthalt beschert. Alles unkompliziert und sie waren sogar bereit, uns einen Sonderwunsch zu erfüllen. Vielen Dank! :)

Comfortable and simple in the heart of South Beach, but could use some improvements

Pros: Location is pretty perfect – a couple of blocks down from the beach, close to Ocean Drive and with a handful of good restaurants plus your needed conveniences (CVS, Walgreens) only a couple of minutes away. The kitchen is fairly well equipped for a simple meal, like making a sandwich or scrambling some eggs for breakfast. The building is well kept and has a pool, even though we didn't use it.

Cons: Cleanliness was ok, but far from perfect – a few details to pay attention to: crumbs all over the microwave and around the stove, a thick layer of dust on top of the fridge, thick layers of dust accumulating in vents. Some of the decor is a bit tired – there's water damage in the bathroom cabinets, some of the kitchen cabinets are peeling. We found a dead roach on arrival, but no more bugs throughout our stay, so may have been a coincidence.
