Pros: La ubicación, muy buena ubicación, el lugar es agradable y tiene estacionamiento. La piscina es muy agradable, con sillas.

Cons: Creo que debe renovar y mejorar algunas cosas y habilitar con mas cosas de menaje cocina.

Appartement vue exceptionnelle à 30 min de Miami

Pros: Appartement spacieux et bien équipé. Très beau balcon qui offre une magnifique vue sur la baie et la ville. Dauphins observés à plusieurs reprises. Très belle piscine chauffée peu fréquentée lors de notre séjour. On a eu la piscine rien que pour nous assez souvent. Proximité immédiate du supermarché publix

Cons: Cuisine salle de bains et mobilier extérieur mériteraient un rafraîchissement

Pros: L'emplacement !!!La vue ! Le parking ! L'accueil par Andrea même à 21h !Le calme des chambres !

Cons: la chasse d'eau qui fuyait et qui n'a pas été réparée, elle se rechargeait tous les 10 minutes même la nuit

Perfekter Spot zum Erholen und um Miami zu Erleben.

Pros: Lage top, Blick auf die Bay, Delphine zum Frühstück. Strand und Geschäfte in Laufweite. just perfect. Appartement geräumig und technisch gut ausgestattet. Problemloses Handling mit Schlüsselübergabe. Parkgarage KOSTENFREI im Haus!

Cons: Armaturen und Bäder nicht auf europäischem Standard, aber kann man mit leben. Ansonsten keine Beanstandungen, ausser dass der Safe nicht funktionierte. Haben uns aber auch nicht um Reparatur bemüht.
