Agave on the Beach

Correct, clean on a very good location

Pros: The check-in process went smoothly. The two codes, 1 for the main entrance and 1 for the room door were sent to my email address well in advance. Everything went perfectly, no problems, zero stress!! The room and bathroom were very clean and hygienically cleaned.

Cons: If I could give any advice, I would suggest adding a little more decoration to the walls, for example, and installing a new (small) kitchenette (2 hotplates, refrigerator, microwave, and!! a sink!!).

Good for short stay

Pros: Location is close to Lincoln Road one of the attraction center of South beach. It’s also close to the beach.

Cons: Has everything you need for short staying.

Pros: It was an amazing location. Great communication with our staff. Everything clean and tidy. Facilities were very good.

I made new lovely memories

Pros: The apartment were located in a perfect position, very close to the beach and just few blocks to Ocean Drive, but I preferred the nearest Lincoln Road (the part closed to traffic) and Espanola Way that are gorgeous !! The staff was very friendly and super kind, they immediately made themselves available when I needed them, at any hour. We had the car, and it was super convenient to park because both across the street and on nearby streets, there was always parking, another plus point :)

Cons: the only thing that I can suggest is that in the apartment, to be perfect, lacks a dresser for clothes, with this improvement reaches 5 stars out of 5, I hope that this could be useful

Pros: Staff was great and friendly, Room was small no closet space. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants.

Superb

Pros: It was perfect. Much more bigger than the pictures. The room was neat and the cozy. The host was very responsive. Less than 2mins walk to the beach.

I had a nice stay and would book it again if I come back to South Beach.

Pros: Perfect location between the beach (2 min walking distance), Ocean drive, restaurants, and shopping. Staff friendly and helpful. Apartment new, clean and well equipped with everything you can need.

Cons: The engine of the AC is a bit noisy and the front door let appear the light, I slept with a mask.

Pros: Très bien situé, proche de la plage et des lieux de vie, appartement bien et confortable
