Overall, the stay was good, but the parking situation and towing incident negatively affected our experience.

Pros: The location was very good, and the apartment was clean and comfortable. The building itself is nice and convenient.

Cons: Our car was registered with the building, but it was towed after we accidentally parked in the wrong area. By mistake, we parked in Building 143 B instead of our assigned Building C (143 C). We paid a towing fee of $172.60 and have the receipt available. This situation was very stressful, and we believe clearer parking instructions would help guests avoid such misunderstandings. We kindly ask for your assistance in resolving this matter and possible reimbursement or compensation.

Pros: Buena ubicacion, buen altura para mejor vista, estacionamiento comodo. Muy bien la recepcion tambien, todos muy amables.

Cons: Que no hubiera unas bolsitas de Te y Cafe para la llegada

Pros: Lage war mit Auto sehr gut. Super Aussicht. Poolarea war sauber. Shop und Fitness haben wir nicht benützt sah aber sehr gut aus. Anweisungen top.

Cons: Die Fenster waren undicht und das im 17. Stockwerk. Der Wind pfiff durch die Wohnung. Öffnen konnte man nur die Balkontüre.
